Happy almost spring, she said optimistically.
I’m currently up in Boston, where the melting snow is creating a heavy fog. Still, I’m thinking warm and sunny thoughts of tulips and daffodils!
DO OR DIE, the first book in my “Reluctant Heroes” series (or the 17th book in my Troubleshooters series, depending on how you look at it! FYI, DO OR DIE is the start of a new story arc set in my TS world — similar to the way FLASHPOINT started a new story arc after Sam Alyssa won their HEA!) is now available in all bookstores, both brick mortar and on-line!
Tomorrow, Saturday, Feb. 22nd, I’ll be heading south to balmy New Jersey (the state of my birth!), where I have a 2:00 p.m. book signing event at the Barnes and Noble in East Brunswick at the Brunswick Square Mall. And Sunday, Feb. 23rd, also at 2:00 p.m., I’ll be at the B&N at the Concord Mall in Wilmington, Delaware.
There’ll be a Q&A session and cool door prizes available at each event, so stop in and say hi!

I hope to see you there!
I am a fan of your style of writing and most of your characters, however (and there is always a however) you will achieve greater believability in your writing when you are able to be even handed in your characters! Just as not ALL middle eastern characters are not evil, neither are ALL black characters the purist of humanity! Try being as even handed with your character types across the board as you are with whites and you will gain tremendously on the credibility side!
I hope you get this. I just discovered your work through my library’s digital collection. I first read Unsung Hero and just finished Infamous. I really, really enjoyed both of them, but especially Infamous. I loved the characters of A.J. Gallagher and his great-grandfather Jamie Gallagher, and their relationship! It was very moving. I just wanted you to know.
Thanks!! I’ll be sure to check out more books.
I LOVE your books! I had gotten Born to Darkness from the Recommended shelf at the Library and that was it! Unfortunately, the only other book on the shelf was Hot Target and as soon as I realized it was in a series, I just brought it back and then bought the first four Troubleshooters ebooks from B&N since I have a Nook. [I have now started to also collect the book in paperback so I can loan them out easily.] The problem is, B&N charges $2.00 more than Amazon for the same books. They say this is due to the publisher, but I can’t believe the publisher would charge one outlet more than the other [like 33% more]. Don’t worry though, I’m going to keep on buying….but I may get a refurb Kindle!! LOL! ;->
Thank you very much for all the books. A friend of mine just married his long time partner in San Francisco and I gave them The Perfect Wedding as a gift. They loved it. Keep up the great work!
I’ve got to be one of your biggest fans! I’ve read ALL of theTroubleshooters series (Please, I need for you to writesome more about these great characters). I’m working my way through the rest of your books but I really miss SEAL Team 6 characcters. Would love to hear from any of them but Decker and Tracy would be my choice for the next chapter in the Troubleshooters’ lives. Thanks for all your contribution to my fantasy life.
